Turkish Authorities Detained 62 people who are Allegedly involved in the Thodex Probe
The Turkish Crypto Exchange was accused of fraud after it halted trading on 22 Apr
The Turkish authorities launched an investigation after more than 400,000 users of the Thodex Crypto Exchange platform filed a complaint against the company's CEO.
Anadolu Turkey's state-owned news agency reported that a warrant was issued to 78 people who are allegedly involved in the Probe, but only 62 of them are under custody across eight provinces, while 16 remain at large.
Istanbul police also disclosed that the company's CEO Mr. Ozer fled to Tirana capital city of Albania. The Turkish police tweeted announcement concerning the probe ;

Hurriyet - a local Turkish news named the probe after the infamous “Çiftlik Bank” a pyramid scheme that went burst in 2018.
